Code of conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at a Programmed in Pencil event are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event.
At RVU we are dedicated to Leaving the Woodpile Higher, doing all we can to positively change the trajectory of the people and communities that we touch.
In that vein, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for everyone so that we can celebrate one another's passions and embrace new ideas together.
We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. This applies to any behaviours that are deemed inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful at an organisers discretion. Violating this can result in a temporary or permanent ban from our events.
We take this very seriously and organisers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject content, posts, examples of event materials that do not align with this Code of Conduct.
